Douglas Francisco, a musician from New Orleans, plays his 1932 dobro next to his dog, Pancho, as he awaits his turn to go onstage during the Red Devil Festival in Elkmont. Francisco travels with Pancho all over the Country performing his solo act. Frequently he sleeps in his car to save money.
