Wendell R. Decker, seated, from Bowling Green, Ky., takes period pictures with a "sliding box" camera from the 1850's (on the left). The camera hasn't been modified and Decker uses the same technique used during the Civil War. He travels with assistant Suzy McGill (standing) from one Civil War reenactment to the next one taking pictures of both reenactors and the public.
Note: This portrait was taken using a "lensbaby" during the reenactment of the Battle of Decatur, Alabama.
